image Well it has been just over a month since my last post. A busy time of year and with holidays and the need to recharge the time was well spent. The past years I have had my gardens to tend to to relax and have some fun. This year is the first in many that I haven't had a garden so I needed something else to do to relax. I have always liked to cook and with reruns on regular TV this summer I have been watching more and more on Food TV. It has started the creative juices flowing and I have enjoyed making a variety of things in the kitchen.
