It’s that time again! Shoppers Drug Mart’s highly anticipated Bonus Redemption Weekend is almost upon us. I know a few hundred SC’ers that have been looking forward to this since the last one in November. Lots of coupons will be expiring on March 31, 2010 so this event comes at a fantastic time. I love reading the “Brag” forum after one of these redemption weekends. Free stuff? YES PLEASE!

Are you getting anything from the place you currently fill your prescriptions? If you said no then Shoppers Drug Mart has an offer for you. If you transfer your prescription to their pharmacy you will get a choice of either 60,000 bonus Optimum points or $100. The rewards are given as a coupon book. If you choose the points you get a booklet with 10 coupons for 6000 bonus points per prescription fill and if you choose the $100 you will get a coupon book with 10 coupons for $10 per prescription fill. Not a bad deal at all. To transfer your prescription call 1-800-SHOPPERS. It says it’s a limited time offer but I couldn’t find an end date for the promotion.

It has now been confirmed that it is going to be a Bonus Redemption day for cosmetics only (so no regular merchandise). Hi all! If anyone out there has those $1.00 off Reach Ultraclean Toothbrush coupons, head on over to Shopper’s Drug Mart to get 500 Optimum Bonus Points when you purchase this toothbrush. I believe they are $3.49 regularly (If someone knows for sure, feel free to confirm) and with the $1.00 off coupon, you will pay $2.49 and get 500 points. This is pretty good, considering that on 20x the points days, a purchase of $2.49 will also get you 500 points. I’m not sure if multiple coupons can be used. For example, print 3 coupons, buy 3 toothbrushes, and get 1500 points? If anyone tries this and succeeds, please share the info with us.

For all of you who have reached the maximum number of optimum points this is the day to spend them. On Bonus Redeption Day your redeption amount increases. So if you have 40,000 points you get $100 (extra $25) and if you have 75,000 you get $200 (extra $50) to spend! This is a fantastic day to do a bunch of Christmas shopping, buy yourself a new camera or stock up on free food and other neccessities. You can’t beat getting more free items can you? Hello my Optimum Collecting friends. Shoppers has some new printable bonus points coupons for you all. There are 4 coupons each worth 1000 points for purchasing a got2b product. They each have a different picture of got2b products but every one of the 4 coupons says “when you buy any got2b product” so what you buy is up to you. If you are able to use all 4 coupons you can get 4000 points. They are all valid until December 31, 2009.

This gift card is basically the same as the regular Shoppers gift cards but you can put any amount on it and not just the set $25, $50, ect. And you don’t have to be a student to redeem them either.
